Co-Curricular Programme
Saint Kentigern College is a leader amongst New Zealand’s secondary schools for the quality of its co-curricular activities and we place great value on our art, drama, music and sporting programmes. Our extensive sports facilities and coaches are amongst the best in the country and we enjoy considerable success in regional and national competitions. We also run a Sports Academy for students aiming for a professional career in golf or tennis.
The College is committed to our performing arts programme. Drama students enjoy dedicated teaching space and a professional performance venue. In addition, our specialist Music Centre provides superb, soundproofed facilities for our extensive choral and instrumental programme.

Pastoral Care
The well being of our students is paramount. The College provides a high level of pastoral care and this, combined with the strong values messages explored at Chapel and through Christian education classes, ensures our students are educated to become confident, well-rounded and caring individuals.

International Students
We have a number of International Students from as far afield as Europe and China enjoying our unique learning environment. Those who are already proficient in English join the full academic programme whilst students who require English language assistance join our ESOL programme. All students have the opportunity to gain internationally recognised New Zealand qualifications.
