Curriculum
Media Design School is an industry-based digital design and technology school providing highly relevant qualifications for specific roles and careers within the film, design and production industries including video editors, effects artists, 3D animators and designers. All courses (Diplomas and Graduate Diplomas) offered are production-based, and taught by highly experienced industry professionals. The school is supported and assisted by highly reputable creative, design and digital companies, which provide live projects, mentoring and workshops to ensure all qualifications provide students with leading-edge skills that meet the demands of the high-end creative sector.

Range from NZ$7425-$9590 for Domestic and NZ$21,000-$23,000 for International.

Institution Facilities
We provide fully functioning after-hour computer labs, which hold all the necessary software and licenses. These labs are available for your use from 8am until 9pm daily (5pm Fridays), 10am-4pm on Saturdays and 12pm until 4pm on Sundays. Our Student Lounge overlooks Queen Street and boasts lots of sunshine and fresh air. You will find it a great place to relax, refuel and rejuvenate for your next spell of creativity. You will also have access to a fully-kitted production studio with SLR cameras and lights and a render farm.

Student Welfare and Support
Media Design School has a full-time Student Services Facilitator whose role is to take care of student welfare and support.

English Language Support
All International Students at Media Design School must have a minimum of IELTS 5.5 for Diploma and 6.0 for Graduate Diplomas.
